We’re so excited you’re considering a day of fun with us! Below, you’ll find answers to common questions to help you plan your adventure. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask—we’re happy to help!

General Information

What days are you open?
We’re only open on Saturday and Sundays and public holidays! Just send us a mail to book online to secure your spot.

What time slots are available?
You can choose from:

8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What is paintball?

Paintball is an action-packed team sport where players tag opponents with biodegradable paint-filled capsules. Think of it like a high-energy game of tag—but way more fun!

How long does a game last?
Each round lasts about 10–15 minutes, with exciting objectives like "Capture the Flag" or "Elimination."

What if the weather is bad?
We play rain or shine! However, if conditions become unsafe (like thunderstorms), we’ll reschedule your session—your safety comes first.

When should we arrive?
Please come 30 minutes before your session so we can get you checked in and geared up.

How do we sign the indemnity form?
You can sign it online before your visit—we’ll email you a copy for your records.

Age, Safety & Health

Is there an age limit?
Kids aged 8+ can play! Under-18s may need parental consent, and we provide kid-friendly safety gear.

Does paintball hurt?
Most players say it feels like a quick flick—nothing too intense! Pain varies depending on where you’re hit, but minor bruises are possible.

How safe is paintball?
Very safe! With trained marshals, safety briefings, and top-quality gear, paintball is actually safer than many sports (like soccer!).

Can I play with a medical condition?
If you have health concerns, please check with your doctor first. Let our staff know during registration so we can ensure your safety.

What safety measures are in place?
We’ve got you covered with:

Gear, Clothing & Paint

What should I wear?
Comfy, long-sleeved clothes and closed-toe shoes (jeans and sneakers work great!). We’ll provide a protective top—just avoid sandals or flip-flops.

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! If you don’t have gear, we’ve got everything you need. Extra paint is available for purchase on-site.

Can I bring my own paintballs?
Sorry, outside paintballs aren’t allowed—we use only approved, high-quality paint for safety and fairness.

How many paintballs will I need?
For a 2.5-hour session, around 200 - 300 paintballs is a good start, but it depends on your play style.

How much does it cost?
We offer budget-friendly packages starting at [price]. Check out our options to find your perfect match!

Food, Drinks & Facilities

Can I bring my own snacks?
We kindly ask that you enjoy the food and drinks available at our on-site café—no outside food, please.

Are refreshments available?
Yes! Grab drinks and snacks at our café. (Cooler boxes aren’t permitted.)

Are there restrooms?
Absolutely clean toilets and fresh water are available for your comfort.

Family & Other Activities

What can younger kids do if they don’t play paintball?
We’ve got a play area and swimming pools to keep them entertained!

Are pets allowed?
Furry friends are welcome (on a leash, please!) but can’t join on the paintball fields.

Booking & Payments

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! Booking ahead ensures your spot, though walk-ins are welcome if space allows. A 50% deposit holds your place.

Why is a deposit required?
It’s not a penalty—just helps us reserve gear and staff for you. Think of it as your ticket to fun!

How much is the deposit?
50% of the quote—the rest is paid when you arrive.

When do I pay the balance?
On the day of your session, at the venue.

Is the deposit refundable?
We totally get that plans change! If you let us know in advance, we’ll gladly reschedule. Unfortunately, no-shows without notice can’t be refunded. You will pay the balance on the day for the exact number of people who arrive.

Do you accept cash?
We’re card-only for payments (credit/debit).

Do spectators need to pay?
Nope! Friends and family can cheer you on for free.

Each team will have a dedicated marshal to guide them through the day. Your marshal will start with a safety briefing and a quick intro to using the markers, then stay with your group for the full UNDER 3-hour session to make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and most importantly—fun!

All our marshals are highly experienced players who know the sport inside and out, so you’ll be in good hands from start to finish.

We keep groups separate so you’ll only play with your own team. Sessions can host up to 30 players at once, with a minimum of 4 players needed to form a group.
